The Gabbioneta AHPB pump series is built to reliably minimize axial and radial hydraulic thrust in high-temperature environments while resisting corrosion.
The AHPB, AHPB-DS Gabbioneta Pumps TM are heavy duty double casing, multisatage, radial split, with single or double 1st stage impeller pumps.
A wide range of sizes, number of stages combinations, various arrangements of suctions and discharge noozzles and three bearings arrangements and De-staged construction when required complete the variety of the offered products.
The ”modular design” philosophy permits to cover various applications replacing the main hydraulic components and casing, shaft, mechanical seals and bearing frames result fully interchangeable.
As option, pumps can be equipped with axial split bearing housing for easy inspection and maintenance procedure. Surface polishing and specially profiled wear rings with reduced clearances are available to increase pump efficiency.
AHPB AHPB-DS pumps are equipped with shrink fitted impellers for higher operational speed and with casing guide keys for high temperature applications.
