Habitat for Humanity - Beaumont

On May 13, 2017 employees from our Port Arthur office arrived in Beaumont ready to work and found just a slab of concrete. Yep, just a slab! A total of 7 volunteers framed 25% of this house! They learned how to use a nail gun, measure the anchor bolts in order to "hole out" the frame and stake the frame. It was very physical work but fun was had by all. This house will be a five bedroom home for a mother and her 8 children. The Port Arthur team noted that it was very satisfying work and agreed they would do it again!
