We recently celebrated the graduation our newest NextWave Program participants after six months of learning, collaboration, and hands-on experience across the organization.
Throughout the program, they expanded their technical knowledge, built relationships across the business, gained exposure to senior leadership, and developed skills that will support them throughout their careers.
As part of their Technical Capstone presentations, graduates shared what they learned, the challenges they tackled, and the impact they made along the way. Their presentations highlighted both their professional growth and the value of hands-on learning and cross-functional collaboration.
Seeing their confidence grow and hearing their accomplishments firsthand made this milestone especially rewarding to celebrate.
