Since 2009, the President’s Council Award recognizes employees who have made significant contributions throughout their career and truly define, internally and externally, what it means to be a Puffer-Sweiven employee-owner. Employees are nominated based on the following criteria:

• Can-do positive attitude
• Loyalty to customers and Puffer-Sweiven
• Strong work ethic
• Significant and/or strategic contributions to Puffer-Sweiven’s business results over the long term
• Exemplary demonstration of Company core values
