The Gabbioneta RL range process pumps offer dedicated hydraulic designs to meet very low flow conditions.
The RL range Gabbioneta Pumps TM are horizontal, radially split, centerline supported, single entry overhung pumps, designed in a back pull-out cofiguration for easy maintenance, centerline feet mounting for high temperature stability. RL pumps are specifically designed for low flow operations, featuring open Barske type impeller with radial vanes.
Diffuser and shroud plate – repleceable and without wear rings – are designed to best fit operating conditions.
Several options can be selected in order to fulfil the most various requirements, for example: steam jackets, casing insulations or inducers in case of low NPSH.
Magnetic driven construction, in full compliance with API 685 Std., can be evaluated for specific needs.
